Three Rivers Home Care is an agency that provides medical care in the privacy, comfort and security of the patient's home. Our agency serves the residents of Lawrence and Martin counties in Kentucky and Wayne County in West Virginia. We provide a variety of services to disabled and/or convalescent persons who do not need full time or institutional care, but do require some help in meeting their health and personal care needs.
Advantages of home health services have been proven time-and-again. Patients benefit emotionally, psychologically and physically from recovering in the comfort and security of home. Family and friends can feel confident that the patient is receiving appropriate, expert assistance. Home health programs can also shorten hospital stays and reduce medical costs.
Three Rivers Home Care serves patients across the age spectrum from neo-natal to geriatric. People recovering from injury or illness. People learning to cope with chronic medical conditions. The reasons behind the need for home healthcare services are as varied as the clients who use them, which is why we're pleased to offer a range of home health support to our patients.
